We are looking for a **Data Development Manager** in 113 Route de Paris, TASSIN-LA-DEMI-LUNE 69160 FRA. Your mission will be to:
**Job Overview**:
Reporting to the Global Data Management & Analytics Director, the Data Development Manager will lead the Data Factory, a team of data developers, in charge of the delivery and maintenance of data analytics and integration solutions..
The Data Development Manager will work closely and collaboratively with the “Chief Data Manager and Product Owner” ( CDMPO) by defining the roadmap and ensuring the success of data projects. This position requires in-depth technical skills and excellent interpersonal, management and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
The Data Development Manager is responsible for:

- Team management (currently 5 data developers) which provides, in the area of operational data, the following services:

- Data Analytics: Exports, Reports and Dashboards from all current and future data assets, such as, the Global Data Warehouse (GDW), Operational Data Stores (ODS)
- Data Architecture and Governance: Collaborating with the Senior Data Architect to build and maintain the data platform (Database Modeling and Design, DataFlow, Database administration)
- Supporting the Data Governance and Harmonization leading by the CDMPO
- Acting as a technical lead of the Data Factory
- Ensuring Users Stories provided and prioritized by the CDMPO are developed, tested and deployed
- Ensuring tickets/requests are managed by the Data Factory
- Collaborating with other IT teams on projects including interfaces or data topics
- Maintaining Key Technical Knowledge/documentation
- Insuring project quality performance (on-time, within budget and scope)
- Project budgets/roadmap management with the CDMPO
- Prioritization of support team workload and commitments (daily stand-up, sprint planning...)
- Ensuring support team retention, supporting recruitment
- Setting clear goals and measure resource achievement of those goals
- Establishing a culture that attracts top talent and provide ability for personnel development
- Developing and maintaining high performing resources for use across projects
- Relationships with consulting company to externalize and manage needed resources

Location : Tassin, France (69).
Remote working policy: 2 days per week.

**YOUR PROFILE**

**Education, Skills, Experience**:

- For this position, we are looking for a person with a solid and proven experience in Data Management and strong leadership skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6-8 years hands-on experience as a Data Developer, Data Engineer or other related position.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodology
- Technical knowledge: ETL software (Boomi will be a +), Data warehouse (Redshift will be a +), BI Tools
- Experience working on large, mission critical, complex projects and system implementations
- Experience working with and across international teams
- Experience creating and managing standards, procedures and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use independent judgment to solve problems quickly and completely
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects and work requests simultaneously
- Must have fluent English, another language will be an advantage
