**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**

We are looking for a **IT Project Manager Europe** in 113 Route de Paris, TASSIN-LA-DEMI-LUNE 69160 FRA. Your mission will be to:
Within the Europe IT Organization, your role is to ensure that IT projects are executed efficiently and align with the business goals, thereby delivering value to the organization. This role also focuses on developing and maintaining strong, effective relationships with business stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication, mutual understanding, and collaborative problem-solving across departments.

Main Activities

**Business Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong partnership with business leads to ensure alignment of IT projects priorities.
- Act as the key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating open and effective communication.
- Gather business requirements and ensure that IT deliverables meet these specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing business processes and recommending technology-based enhancements.
- Drive vendor relationships to understand whether vendor products will meet business requirements.

**Project Management**:

- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Utilize project management methodologies, notably Agile to guide project processes and deliverables.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of IT projects.
- Provide regular reports to senior management detailing project status, risks, and proposed resolutions.

**YOUR PROFILE**

**Knowledge**:

- Graduated with a Master Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in the laboratory or in production, during which have managed the complete cycle of several simultaneous projects including the production phase and post-project follow-up.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies including Agile
- General understanding of IT (infrastructure, software development, cloud services)

**Skills**:

- Ability to analyze data and business processes to identify IT solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong capabilities in building and maintaining relationships with business partners at all levels within the organization.
- Leadership and negotiation skills as well as ability to work in a team and to understand business' needs in order to translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey project goals, plans, and needs across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of customer service and problem solving
- Fluency in French and English is essential. A third language is a plus.
- Certification in project management is a plus
