The Revenue Operations Manager will be a key partner to our Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams, combining strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and operational excellence. This role requires the ability to maintain impactful business partnerships, deliver and model deep data analysis, and optimise processes for scalable efficiency and growth.

- Measurable gains in key metrics within the Revenue Org, such as win rate or customer retention, based on analysis and process changes you've implemented
- Improved accuracy of our revenue forecast based improved Funnel health and performance insights
- Increased Market Intelligence to that aids Monta in determining where to invest for maximum growth potential

**Your Key Responsibilities - S**ome things you’ll be working on**:

- Leveraging commercial acumen, analyse a wide variety of data to deliver meaningful decision-making insights and strategic recommendations.
- Interpret funnel health, pipeline health and conversion rates to assess deal efficiency and recommend optimizations globally and on a per market basis.
- Analyse Monta’s revenue trends in key markets, segmented e.g. by country and ICP, to identify current and future opportunities.
- Contribute to product-market fit assessments by examining revenue churn and customer adoption/utilisation across different markets.
- Partner with Finance, Product Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to incorporate insights on regulatory considerations, competitive dynamics, and ICP requirements into future revenue strategy.
- Present data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

Support leadership in developing business cases for expansion into new and existing markets, verticals, or customer segments where opportunities arise.

**To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience - Core Competencies Needed for This Role**:

- 5+ years of experience in revenue strategy, sales analytics, business consulting, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills, experienced in creating and interpreting dashboards and reports to surface insight to leadership.
- Ability to deep dive into performance data and determine the risks and opportunities to key metrics (Total ARR, CAC, NRR, Magic Number, CSAT).
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for executive leadership.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionality to deduce and deliver data-informed business recommendations.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot), and Excel/Google Sheets.
