**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage projects from conception to delivery, focused on the design and development of turbomachinery (compressors, turbines, pumps) for energy transition technologies.
- Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to develop innovative and efficient turbomachinery designs tailored to the needs of the energy transition sector.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Act as a technical advisor, offering insights into mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, even if expertise in turbomachinery is still developing.
- Foster continuous learning and development in advanced engineering fields relevant to your projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong technical background in mechanics, electrical systems, automation, or related fields, whether through professional experience or personal passion.
- Previous experience in project management, especially in the energy, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of energy transition technologies such as Carbon Capture, Hydrogen Fuel Cells, ORC, or Supercritical CO2 is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with turbomachinery (compressors, turbines, pumps) is beneficial, but a keen interest and willingness to learn are more important.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project success.
- Ability to navigate complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
