Executive Assistant to The CEO

Groupe international spécialisé dans la production de boissons rafraîchissantes, avec une forte présence sur le marché européen, recherche pour son CEO une Executive Assistant en intérim de longue durée.
Ce poste est basé au siège social de l'entreprise à Boulogne-Billancourt (92).
**Voici vos missions principales**:
- Gérer l'agenda du PDG et organiser ses déplacements professionnels.
- Organiser des réunions récurrentes et ponctuelles, notamment des réunions avec les N-1 du PDG.
- Assurer la logistique des séminaires et grandes réunions du Comité N-2, deux fois par an.
- Coordonner les interactions avec le groupe pour des revues commerciales et gérer les commandes de services (petits-déjeuners, taxis, etc.).
- Fournir un soutien administratif général, incluant la gestion des priorités et des demandes spontanées du PDG
Une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en tant qu'Executive Assistant, de préférence dans un environnement international.
Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit, étant donné que le CEO ne parle pas français.
Forte capacité d'organisation, de rigueur et d'autonomie.
Compétences avérées en gestion de projets et coordination d'événements, avec une grande flexibilité pour s'adapter aux besoins changeants.
Discrétion, réactivité, fiabilité et excellente intelligence relationnelle pour interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés au sein de l'entreprise
- Statut non-cadre.
- Possibilité de télétravail 2 jours par semaine.
- Rémunération brute annuelle pouvant atteindre 50.000€ fixe.
- 3 jours fériés chômés et rémunérés chaque année en plus.
- Environnement de travail prestigieux dans des locaux récemment rénovés et idéalement situés, avec des services dédiés aux collaborateurs (salle de sport, conciergerie...)
