***You may be our future **HR Generalist**

We create this position, under the management of the Continental Europe HR Director.

Your missions will be:

- Lead the “Great Place to Work” project and assist in other Division Mindset Projects
- Animate the internal communications of the Division, supervise translation in partnership with local contacts
- Prepare and participate to the French staff representatives’ meetings, check the minutes
- Watch, support and implement the changes linked to any new legal requirements, in particular the renewal of the Collective Agreement
- Participate in the employer brand management in partnership with Marketing teams
- Perform routine tasks required to administer the HR programs and reporting tools
- Answer to employees on legal questions and management of personnel files
- HR Information Systems management and simplification in a continuous improvement fashion (Smart Recruiters, Workday, E-tentation)

**Qualifications**:

- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree and HR qualifications with 3 to 5 years of experience
- You have at least one year of experience in French Social Relations and good knowledge of Labour Laws
- You master MS Office and HR information Systems (for example ADP, E-tentation, Workday or Smart Recruiters)
- You see the HR function as a Partner and a channel to develop the business, and have a strong business appetite
- You have good communication and people skills; you are able to deal with confidentiality
- You are a results-driven team player
- You are autonomous and prioritise your tasks
- You are ready to travel to different business sites when required (maximum 20%)
- You are fluent in French and in English

Additional Information
**Practical aspects**
- Permanent contract
- Starting date: according to your availability
- Position based in Valence with homeworking and some European travel (max 20%)
