Job Summary:
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Generalist to join our team in Lyon, France. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Duties include but are not limited to recruitment, employee relations, training & development, business partnering and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Manage employment life cycle
- Coordinate and facilitate general orientation sessions and new hire meetings
- Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Prepare reports and analyse data for information reporting and management decision making
- Design and conduct exit interviews
- Conduct employee and management training
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (or Master degree) and 3 - 5 years of experience in general HR is preferred
- Experience in CSEs
- Experience in working in a global organisation or a US company is preferred
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and general knowledge of onboarding, contracts and other TA processes is good to have
- Knowledge of local law and European employment laws
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
