**À propos de nous**:
CFR Skills, cabinet de recrutement, recherche activement un(e) Team Leader H/F pour rejoindre l'équipe d'un client majeur dans le secteur bancaire, basé à Paris.

**Le Poste**:
En tant que Team Leader, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'infogérance des demandes et incidents pour des clients VIP. Votre mission consistera à superviser l'équipe, assurer la planification efficace des interventions techniques, et garantir la satisfaction client en proposant des améliorations continues.

**Missions Principales**:

- Être le point de contact privilégié pour les clients internes et externes au quotidien.
- Encadrer opérationnellement l'équipe par des réunions régulières et des actions de suivi.
- Gérer les réclamations clients en adaptant la planification pour répondre aux priorités.
- Contrôler les délais d'intervention des techniciens et garantir le respect des procédures.
- Apporter un support technique aux équipes et escalader les besoins complexes.
- Adapter le planning en fonction des besoins internes du service.
- Escalader les dysfonctionnements et assurer la communication avec le management/client.
- Contrôler la gestion de l'activité par les techniciens et produire des rapports opérationnels.

**Profil Recherché**:

- Expérience managériale d'au moins 5 ans, démontrant un leadership charismatique.
- Orienté(e) satisfaction client avec une capacité avérée à fédérer les équipes.
- Connaissance des processus ITIL et compétences dans le domaine de l'IT (atout).
- Expérience préalable dans le secteur bancaire ou en environnement VIP (appréciée).

**Compétences Attendues**:

- Management, Leadership, Satisfaction Client, Suivi, Supervision.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft PowerPoint et reporting KPI.
