**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation / Head of Growth to scale our pipeline generation strategy across Europe. As the manager of the squad you will plan and execute the generation of leads, MQLs, SQLs, and sales opportunities to grow our client base.

This position reports directly to the CMO and will partner with key Marketing and Sales leaders as well as Partnerships, Product, and Operations teams. This is a challenging and strategic position in one of the fastest growing fintechs in Europe.

**What will you be doing?**
- Lead a team of marketers to execute a multi-channel digital demand generation strategy and drive key business metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and customer acquisition).
- Lead a team of Field Marketing Managers that are working closely with Sales.
- Refine our inbound and outbound marketing strategy and execution.
- Create from scratch our lead nurturing / scoring program.
- Build and execute an ambitious ABM strategy including account research and planning along with cross-functional campaign execution for online and offline strategies.
- Work closely with product marketing and content to run perfectly fit campaigns regarding our personas at different stages of the sales funnel.
- Build the MarTech stack needed to scale as well as optimize the sales outbound tools.
- Define new KPIs and assure a precise forecasting and reporting for all stakeholders and leaders.

**Qualifications**:
**What skills and experience do you need?**
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in fast-paced technology/Saas companies with leadership experience across digital demand generation or Growth.
- Primary experience in sales-led go-to-market but self-serve approach will be a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of online advertising.
- Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).
- Experience working with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot.
- Good knowledge of latest MarTech trends and modern data stack including automation, CDP, Reverse ETL & no-code IPASS.
- Experience in payments, e-commerce and marketplaces is a plus.
- Fast learner.
