In the context of a maternity cover, we are looking for a 6 months fixed-term contract
**Summary / purpose of the position**
In line with Ipsen Business Objectives, provide local support on HR-related topics by:
- Providing professional HR operational support to Boulogne populations to ensure the Ipsen HR Strategy implementation and development
- Bringing contribution to the roll out of HR cycles, initiatives and programs that support the business needs in line with Ipsen Action Principles
- Participating in the management of employee relations in collaboration with Social/Labor Relations and Legal Departments
- Ensuring close link & coordinating relationship with the Personnel Administration Services regarding transactional activities to guarantee total compliance to local legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices
- May oversee specific divisional /functional HR projects or initiatives
- Supporting Divisional/Functional HR strategy and activities being point of contact for global and transversal population across geographies
**Main responsibilities / Job expectations**
**Professional HR operational support**
- Co-work with HRBP Corporate Functions and partner with leadership and line management to plan and implement operational actions and programs to meet human resource requirements supporting short
- and long-term business needs
- Serve as the first point of contact to managers regarding HR processes (selection, performance appraisal, development.) and give inputs to managers on personnel policies and procedures
- Monitor the implementation of defined HR action plans
- May provide coordination support to recruitment process (especially outside France)
**Contribution to the roll-out of HR cycles, initiatives and programs (Performance Management, Salary Review, Talent management, Leadership programs )**
- Coordinate and plan deployment of HR main cycles (Salary review campaigns, Performance assessment, Talent Management etc.) together with HR Directors Corporate Functions
- Participate in the design of annual training plan
- Participate in the roll out of HR new initiatives, programs & processes with help of BHR
- Provide relevant inputs in terms of harmonization of job mapping & job grading and weighting
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR new initiatives, programs & processes and recommend adjustments if need be
- Maintain appropriate HRIS tools
**Management of employee relations**
- On behalf of the BHR, support the management of all employee relations in Boulogne
- Assure compliance with collective agreements and implement adequate information process and actions if necessary (e.g. management of return from maternity leave, of retirement departure; internal mobility/transfers management etc.)
**Coordination with Personnel Administration Services**
- Guarantee the efficiency and the organization of all activities related to personnel administration management routines by coordinating these activities with Personnel Administration Services
- Ensure close link to HRIS system and data accuracy in the HRIS system
**Coordination of all HR activities and business processes for a given transversal population**
- Ensure cross geographical coordination
**Knowledge, abilities & experience**
Education / Certifications:
- Master in Human Resources Management
**Experience**:
- Overall 6-7 Years professional experience with at least 4-year HR experience as HR Generalist acquired in an international environment
- Experience gained in the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus
- Solid knowledge in personnel administration field, employee relations management area, reporting/monitoring of HR activities, and C&B processes & programs
- Has worked within different HRIS system environments
Languages:
- Fluent English is compulsory. French would be a plus
