Learning Partner

**Make your mark for patients**

**We are looking for a Learning Partner who is strategic, people-focused, and agile to join our Talent, Acquisition & Learning team, based in our Paris office in France.**

**About the role**

You will be working in a team that supports business performance through impactful learning solutions. Your mission is to build future-fit skills, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a continuous learning mindset through innovative and high-quality development programs.

**Who you’ll work with**

**What you’ll do**
- Define and deliver a strategic learning agenda for the French affiliate, aligned with long-term business goals and capability needs.
- Design, implement, and manage blended learning programs that support onboarding, sales excellence, and continuous professional development.
- Ensure compliance with national learning regulations, manage audit processes, and maintain accurate training records.
- Partner with business leaders to assess future skills, identify learning gaps, and tailor development initiatives accordingly.
- Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to European learning strategies, including leadership, digital, and coaching programs.
- Manage training budgets, select and oversee external vendors, and ensure cost-effective, impactful learning delivery.

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a qualification in Learning and Development or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in learning or talent development, preferably within a regulated or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing learning programs at country or regional level.
- Experience in managing regulatory compliance for learning activities in France, including audits and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority across various functions.
- Comfortable facilitating learning sessions and workshops across face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid formats.
