We are seeking **Business Development Specialist** for Ed tech industry on a **contractor basis** to be based in **Paris**. Fluency in **Chinese** is required, and being a **parent with strong local community connections** is a significant advantage.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our presence in the **Paris** area.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Market Expansion & Partnerships**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the **Paris**, building strategic partnerships with schools, community organizations, and parent groups.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including educational fairs, workshops, and community events, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, educators, and institutional partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to promote LingoAce’s programs effectively.
**Market Analysis & Strategy Development**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and refine regional growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and achieve market expansion goals.
**Sales & Performance Management**
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to drive business growth in the local area.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on performance metrics, market insights, and progress toward objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education sector.
- Must be located in the Paris area. Strong connections and established partnerships within the local community are a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with education landscape is a huge plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and meetings.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is an advantage.
