AXA is built around diversity and unity, which is why we are committed to promoting collective success through inclusion. **YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**: **Your job and daily missions**: **Purpose**: convince investors and sell-side analysts that AXA is an attractive stock to invest in and manage rating agencies **Daily missions**: - Communicate on AXA’s financial performance and strategy to convey an attractive Equity story while building a strong and trustful relationship with investors, Sell-side analysts and rating agencies - Prepare conferences presentations, management scripts as well as Q&As of each investor event / meeting - Ensure alignment between the Group’s strategy and shareholders’ interest - Track market trends and benchmark competitors to ensure AXA is well positionned **Key dimensions** - 900 institutional investors, >350 investor meetings per year, 25 sell side analysts, 3 rating agencies. - 4 earnings reports, 1 investor event per year (roundtable) - 1 investor day (strategy and 3-year plan presentation) every 2-3 years - 10 investor conferences per year **Key accountabilities** - ** Communication on quarterly financial reports** - Prepare investor presentations and Press Release, working closely with Finance and Legal teams - Prepare Q&A and scripts for senior management - ** Ad-hoc investor documents and events (Investor Day, AXA Roundtable)** - Prepare the supporting documents to explain investors the long-term strategy, making the link with financial trajectory: 6-month project, coordinating with close to 10 MC members and their teams - Preparation of events to provide investors deeper insights into elected businesses and entities - ** Participation and preparation of Investor roadshows and conferences** - Define investor targeting with sell-side banks - Preparation of supporting documents, definition of key messages and preparation of Q&A for management to ensure the delivery of a consistent narrative - Build relationship with investors to earn their trust and be top of mind - ** Management of sell-side and rating agencies analysts** - Be a partner of sell-side analysts to steer their estimates and control what they write in their notes - Readily answer any query or questions to support them and make them engaged with our stock - ** Preparation of communication material related to M&A transactions and debt issuances** - Work closely with M&A / Debt team to draft press release and present transactions, with a focus on anticipating the potential pushbacks that could arise - Keep track of investor sentiment from past disclosure or competitor transaction to gauge impact on investor sentiment - ** Competitor tracking and benchmarking to identify market trends** - Tracking daily performance, analyzing market trends, monitoring analyst reports - Prepare summary of competitors for management, comparing AXA performance and providing feedback to management about investor perception to steer strategic decision making **YOUR PROFILE**: **Let’s talk about you - Required skills** - ** Financial Acumen**: Sound understanding of financial statements and key financial indicators. Minimum 4 years experience in finance. - **Analytic skills and critical thinking**: - Ability to analyze financial results and indicators to interpret business trends and link them with Group strategy - Understand market trends, competitor performance and investor sentiment to identify their key matter of interest and concerns to proactively address them - Adapt company communication quickly to changing landscape, be it market, company performance - ** Communication skills**: ability to distill complex messages into easily understandable narratives, both in writing for Press Release and presentations, and in speaking for calls and one-on-one meetings, to craft a story that is persuasive and
