**The Role**

The ICT Business Systems and Service Delivery Manager leads a global team of professionals in the business-critical infrastructure systems and platforms supporting the global Markem-Imaje business and is responsible for owning IT service management processes, including the day-to-day management of our outsourcing partner and 3rd party suppliers, supporting ICT project delivery, as well as the leadership and co-ordination of in-house teams supporting business as usual ICT services. The incumbent will ensure configuration and operation of selected technologies comply with Dover global standards, local regulatory requirements and market best-practices.

**What you will do**:

- Lead a diverse and geographically distributed team (across multiple countries and time zones) of analysts in the Servers, Networks, Enterprise Applications and End-user Support areas.
- Contribute to the corporate, strategic and tactical direction for ICT services.
- Partner with Dover Infrastructure Service tower leads to ensure enterprise partners meet Markem-Imaje business needs. Provide regular feedback on supplier performance with respect to operation of contracted services.
- Ensure that all ITSM best practice processes for in house and 3rd party suppliers are implemented, relevant, and effective.
- Contribute to ICT infrastructure and strategic technology change projects
- Ensure that infrastructure refresh plans are timely, appropriate and delivered without impacting system availability.
- Implement, manage and report appropriate SLAs, OLAs and KPIs.
- Partnering, Management and Control our strategic outsourcing partner on a day-to-day basis.
- Where appropriate, act as a key escalation contact for service delivery issues, ensuring an appropriate level of customer care and support.
- Create an effective succession plan for team resilience and staff development opportunities.
- Together and in agreement with the Senior Enterprise Solutions Project Manager, allocate appropriate resources to project implementations.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to attract, develop and retain high-performance ICT staff.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study.
- 10+ years of professional IT experience, which must include at least 5 years of management experience in a substantial leadership role.
- Solid knowledge and experience with ITIL disciplines and IT-Service Management.
- Very good understanding of IT infrastructure services in an enterprise environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills paired with a hands-on mentality and independent and autonomous working approach. Identify delivery (procedural) issues on your own, propose solutions and coordinate the resolution.
- Proficient interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficient verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively update, persuade, or facilitate discussions at the senior management level.
- Planning and organization skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate staff workload within a multiple project setting.
- Thorough understanding of hardware/software contractual, licensing and lease agreement concepts.
- English fluent mandatory.
