As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and skilled Program Manager to join our B2B team. What makes Le Wagon so recognized is that each tech and data training program is designed to develop the targeted skills in concrete terms and to provide quality support to participants. Le Wagon for Business is now looking for their new **Program Manager, B2B** to **coordinate and deploy innovative training projects in line with our business opportunities.** By joining the B2B team, you **will be a key point of contact** (internally and externally), liaising with participants, clients, sales and education teams.
As you may realised, this position combines project management with customer success, a key role for our organisation
**Your Mission is in 4 key areas**:
**Project Management**:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor our trainings to ensure they are delivered on time and successfully received.
- Coordinate with our teams (Solution Engineers, Content, Sales) to ensure seamless integration and execution of our tech training programs.
**Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, students, freelancers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support the client relationship and address any issues that arise.
**Training & Monitoring Success**:
- Take ownership of the training programs, ensuring their success through effective management and coordination. Implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Track and analyze feedback and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to continually improve training experiences. Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of our training programs.
**Collaboration with your main stakeholder, our CSM**:
- Work hand-in-hand with our Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful training outcomes. Support the CSM in understanding client needs and addressing any concerns.
**This role is for you if**:
- You are based in Paris. This role is hybrid, with an importance for physically being present at our training events on campus.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in event management and/or training management.
- You are highly organized and flexible, with a strong student/client -centric approach.
- You have a proven ability to lead projects from start to finish.
- You have exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You have a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency. You truly enjoy the start-up ecosystem
- You are an excellent communicator in both French and English. Other languages a plus
