You will be joining the BlaBlaCar Finance team as **Accounting Manager** and work in a multicultural environment with skilled, friendly and dedicated colleagues, whose mission is to structure, analyze and forecast BlaBlaCar’s activity and financials. Reporting to the VP Finance and managing a team of 5 Accountants, your role will be to review, maintain and produce accounts for the entities of the BlaBlaCar Group, produce reliable reports and follow-ups in order to ensure BlaBlaCar’s financial health and growth. You will act as a business partner to various managers across the organization to ensure access to reliable and accurate accounting and financial metrics.

**Your responsibilities**
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and audits of the group
- Manage the monthly financial reporting
- Prepare monthly reviews and analysis of the balance sheet
- Partner with other team members (Cost Centre Managers, Finance Ops, FP&A, Tax, BI & Data) for the correct follow-up of our accounting
- Constantly improve our processes to ensure proper accounting and reliable financial information
- Train and manage the Accounting team

**Your qualifications**
- Seasoned experience in auditing or accounting
- Previous management experience
- Great analytical skills & fluent in excel
- P&L ownership, cash flow and balance sheet strong understanding
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
- Fluency in English & French
- Nice to have: experience with IFRS or listed companies
