**Your role in the Professional Services team**:
You join the Professional Services team of 13 people, which is in charge of deploying the software suite for its customers, including project management and technical integration

**Your mission**:

- You connect to the equipment and configure the software solution
- You implement the solution
- You lead technical meetings with the client
- You participate in tests and production launches
- You write technical documentation
- You present the finalized solution to the customer and you support the user’s handling
- You interact with the Sales and R&D teams to optimize operating processes

**What you need to join us**:
We are looking for a person with 5 years of experience with a software publisher, an integrator or an equipment manufacturer. You have a global knowledge of computer systems or, even better, collaborative solutions and business communications and you have skills in Scripting (Javascript or other). In short, you are a versatile person: Networks and/or Telecom and/or System and/or Architecture

You speak English and you would like to work in a multicultural environment.

You are resourceful, proactive, solution-oriented with good analytical skills. Organized and methodical, you know how to take a step back and are able to manage several projects simultaneously. Dynamic in nature, for you team spirit is essential to the proper functioning of a project.

What sets you apart is your versatility in infrastructure combined with one of the following areas of expertise: IP networks, ToIP Cisco or Microsoft (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Skype, etc.), collaborative tools (voice and instant messaging, web conferencing), Linux/Windows Server systems, or even JavaScript/Bash/Python scripting.

**Evolution prospects**:
Depending on your potential and your appetites, the prospects at Kurmi are multiple: business development, functional and/or technical responsibility, team leadership, etc.
