The PROPHESEE EMEA Inside Sales will be involved daily in the support of all sales related activities for the given territory. He is to be active in all steps of the sales cycle and be an efficient contributor in reaching sales targets and goals.
**The EMEA Inside Sales's general responsibilities include, amongst others, the following tasks**:
**SALES**:
- **Review and qualify incoming leads ;**:
- ** Actively seek new potential customers using internal and external databases as well as social networks ;**:
- ** Prepare targeted mailing templates to accelerate response time to customer ;**:
- ** Respond to qualified leads and customers in accordance with their requests ;**:
- ** Collect customer details and use case specifics to tailor answer and provide appropriate PSEE product recommendation ;**:
- ** Enter all pertinent account, contact and deals data in ZOHO CRM;**:
- ** Actively set-up and participate in customer TEAMS Meetings;**:
- ** Occasionally visit accounts with EMEA Sales Director;**:
- ** Follow-up on customer status after delivery.**:
- ** Actively promote PSEE products and partner products that integrate PSEE Products and Technology**
**MONITORING / ANALYSIS**:
- **Monitor sales cycle progress and KPI's.**:
- ** Build relevant dashboard to facilitate management decisions**:
- ** Quantify and track value generated by the customer and ROI for Prophesee**:
- ** Quantify and track customer satisfaction and SLA compliance**:
- ** Support sales forecast for production & sourcing processes**:
- ** Monitor PO, delivery date and adherence/delinquency**:
- ** Keep track of lead progress by regular follow-up;**:
- ** Close orders and track PO entry and shipment;**:
- ** Quantify and track supplier quality (delivery dates and volumes, RMA management,...**
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a business school
- Strong communication skills and are able to build relationships with clients while also being comfortable working with data.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho is a plus) and data analysis tools is highly appreciated.
- Fluent English level (minimum C1), both written and spoken.
