**The Role - Sales Broker**
The position of Sales Broker is a central role to the development of the company, relating to the generation of new leads for representing central agency yachts for sale, as well as developing business opportunities for other services across the company, and the conversion of leads into successful sales transactions. You will be involved in:
- Develop/maintain a network of clients in order to grow sales business
- Maintain communication with central agents and develop relationships with them
- Prepare accurate and well-presented selection of available yachts to clients
- Provide advice on the market, yacht purchase and sales
- Develop internal relationships with other Hill Robinson business divisions to maximise business
- Support the wider team with special assignments and to continually increase the department's sales performance
**What experience does a Sales Broker need to have?**
- Strong knowledge of the superyacht industry
- In-dept knowledge of the yacht sales and purchase process & contractual arrangements
- Excellent organisational, time management and sales negotiation skills
- Knowledge of operations on board superyachts
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships Self motivated
