We are looking for a **ISHR Manager **to come onboard in our **Human Resources **Directorate **in **Dalila **’s team: a team of 7 collaborators

**_Your Mission _**
- Oversee and manage HR Data and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS): SuccessFactors, Workday and 365 Talents
- Drive the 2nd wave of Workday deployment in ATR (HR campaigns) as a Project manager supported by ATR and Airbus teams.
- Ensure HR Campaigns roll-out in Tools, on time and on quality.
- Collaborate with the finance department to conduct accurate headcount reporting and develop advanced forecasts to support strategic HR and financial planning.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to generate strategic reports on workforce management, providing insights and recommendations.
- On a mid-term perspective, the role will evolve with other HR development topics: Talent acquisition and/or Development in addition of Resource management and ISHR management

**_About you _**
- Field of study:
Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management.
- Note: A formal diploma is not required; relevant experience and demonstrated expertise will be considered. _
- Experience:

- Proven experience in managing HR Information Systems, particularly Workday.
- Experience leading or contributing to HR systems roll-out projects, preferably within a large organization.
- Background in HR operations, including headcount reporting, workforce forecasting, and supporting HR campaigns.
- Technical skills / knowledge

- HR Campaigns (Salary policy, Objectives setting, Performance review, Development interview, Team review)
- Recruitment and Training management
- Soft skills
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate strategic insights
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with various stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and finding effective solutions
- Adaptability: Flexible and change enabler
- Language: Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
