**Where would you fit in the team?**
As a **Partner Manager,**you will support the growth of partner led revenue for SpendHQ, focusing on identifying, developing, growing, managing, and enhancing strategic partnerships. The primary objective for this international role is to generate quality leads through partners. In an international context, this role will work closely with executive leadership, sales, account management, marketing, and product & delivery teams to create and execute partner strategies that drive business growth. You will collaborate and manage consulting, service, and tech partners to develop and execute comprehensive go to market plans.
**What will your job entail?**
- Identify and prospect key partners in Europe with the end goal to generate quality leads for the sales team
- Develop and manage existing partner channels and relationships in Europe. This includes developing and maintaining relationships at all levels and with the right teams (executive management, partner management, sales, account management, and solutions)
- Enable partners on the SpendHQ solution, value proposition, and partnership offering
- Collaborate closely with partners to develop joint value propositions and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, focusing on solution education, enablement, sales support and related marketing.
- Support profitable partner revenue streams through a range of partners and initiatives.
- Effectively project manage all GTM plans, cadences, and communication to support partners and internal teams.
- Be a liaison and coordinator between partners and SpendHQ internal teams.
- Analyze, evaluate, and report on partner performance to provide business visibility and identify areas for continuous improvement. Manage partner revenue through pipeline management and forecasting efforts.
- Manage leads and account management to ensure appropriate account targeting, lead generation and transition across numerous partners.
- Prepare and manage contracts for partners. Monitor and track contract consumption and usage.
- Run Partner Marketing efforts including planning of partner events, case study creation, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
**What experience and skills do you need to succeed?**
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- At least four years of experience in customer, prospect, or partner-facing role in Enterprise B2B SaaS environment geared toward Fortune 1000 clients (including: partnerships/channel management, marketing, sales, account management, or consulting). Consulting experience is a plus; experience in procurement and/or procurement technology is key to the success of this position.
- Ability to forge connections and build engaging relationships with partners and customers at all levels (from operations to sales & marketing to senior executives)
- Focus on excellent customer & partner experience along with the desire to go the extra mile for partners, clients and prospects
