Teams meet periodically in person to align on strategy and execution.Location: Remote in EMEA or APAC regions. What you will do Lead IHV Alliances in the EMEA or APAC regions, reporting to the Head of IHV Alliances. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at strategic partner organizations; align on joint business objectives. Manage and grow a team of Business Development Managers; identify and pursue new opportunities with IHVs to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings; oversee day-to-day alliance management including contract negotiations and performance tracking. Build trusted relationships with IHV partners, evangelize the partnership, and lead business interactions from engineering to CxO levels. Lead customer workshops, participate in sales events, deliver public presentations, and drive executive engagements. Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and product management; travel regularly as needed to drive partnerships in person. Valued skills and experience Experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles. Autonomous, disciplined, hands-on, with a get-it-done mentality. Ability to capture customer requirements, evaluate gaps, and identify opportunities. Passionate about Ubuntu products and mission. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with measurable goals. Experience with Linux, virtualization, containers, and other cloud technologies.
