**Context **:
Essilor Instruments is the global leader in the development & distribution of cutting edge technological solutions for opticians and optometrists around the world. Our range of products includes optometry, measuring, edge & mount, consumables and low vision equipment.
Within this organisation, the Key Account and Own Retail team has the dual mission of driving ambitious projects with global Key Accounts, as well as managing the successful roll out of equipment within our own retail network of 18,000 stores.
The internalisation of instruments and optometric equipment within our own retail network is a key project within Essilor Luxottica with very high visbility. With the latest addition of Grand Vision in the retail portfolio, this mission is more important than ever. It requires an understanding the various eyecare and retail needs throughout our network, and the ability to plan & structure the roll out from a logistics, resources, financial, testing and training standpoint. The KA and Own Retail team ensures that our retail partners optimise their instruments’ sourcing, whilst benefiting from the best in class instrumentation in store, suited to their needs.
The position plays a crucial role in the Essilor Luxottica group, with high stake and high visibility spanning across retail, corporate team, and regional/local distributing entities. Although based in France, the scope is global with most of stake holders being overseas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage new deployment projects that can involve marketing, customer service, technical support, product support, finance, human resources and integrated supply chain
Manage tests & pilots, and report on progress in regular meetings
Contribute to define the choice of instruments to be used in store for every banner globally
Follow-up the advancement of instruments installation globally
Educate internal stakeholders on processes and guidelines
Transfer price calculation and management
Support the gathering of forecasts and communicate them to relevant teams
Provide support to sourcing projects (requirements, target volumes)
Answer enquiries on products with the support from marketing and technical teams
Support any other initiative linked to own retail eyecare
**Profile **:
Higher education diploma with 5+ years of professional experience in Finance, Commercial, Eyecare or Retail related fields.
Highly organized and attentive to detail, with enough excel proficiency to create and manage gantt charts, forecast files, project management checklists or price matrices.
Solid organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills in a style that exhibits maturity, leadership, sensitivity and teamwork.
Adaptable person, equally skillful in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Self-confidence to interface and engage with key stakeholders, internally and externally with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Fluency in English is a must. French language is a plus.
Business to Business experience within organizations providing industrial and/or technology-related complex solutions is a plus.
Knowledge of eyecare and optometric instruments is a plus.
