**About the Role**:
Vibe's scale depends on a frictionless backbone. This role ensures our global team is paid accurately and supported administratively, allowing our talent to focus entirely on winning. If HR Ops fails, trust erodes and the engine stalls; when you excel, Vibe scales without limits.
You will report to our **HR Systems & Ops Manager** in NYC. You’ll be the primary owner of the EMEA region while partnering closely on US operations to ensure global coverage and mutually back each other up.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Payroll & Benefits**:
- Executes monthly payroll for all EMEA entities to ensure 100% on-time payment accuracy.
- Manages local benefits providers across France and EMEA to maintain high employee satisfaction.
- Collaborates with the US Ops Manager on North American payroll runs to provide global redundancy.
**Employee Lifecycle**:
- Coordinates onboarding logistics for new hires in EMEA to deliver a seamless first-day experience.
- Maintains employee records within our HRIS to ensure data integrity for quarterly reporting.
- Drafts localized employment contracts and amendments to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
**Process Optimization**:
- Audits internal HR workflows regularly to eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
- Identify automation opportunities and leverage modern tools to gain efficiencies.
**What You Need**:
- You have managed end-to-end payroll for at least 50+ employees in France.
- You have experience working within a global HRIS (e.g., HiBob, Workday, or BambooHR).
- You have navigated French labor law requirements in a professional setting.
- You have operated in an English-speaking business environment daily.
**Nice to Haves**:
- Experience managing payroll or admin for US-based employees.
- Previous experience in a high-growth AdTech or SaaS startup.
- Familiarity with Alan (Health) and Swile (Meal Vouchers) platforms.
