Be responsible for new digital procurement solutions for all VINCI CONSTRUCTION Group (works and services, materials, industries, equipment, energy, overheads, etc.), to meet the needs of end-users. Organize the support and accompaniment of users on these solutions that cover all procurement processes (sourcing, supplier lifecycle, contracts, master data catalog, purchase orders, user master data). They are being deployed in our various divisions. The missions: - Ensuringthe proper use/adoption and operation of Digital Procurement solutions (including Part S/4) - Support for the development and deployment of processes Purchases made in the tools - Animation of meetings of the digital network Procurement - Support for local administrators - Production and updating of user documentation - Analysis and resolution of anomalies encountered by business users - Coordination with the other Digital Managers of the group to ensure the present and future consistency of digital solutions - Animation of the various committees related to digital solutions (escalation of requests for evolution, arbitration) The interlocutors: The IT department (via the purchasing correspondent of this Directorate) who will be a privileged interlocutor for the IS and technical part. The Digital Purchasing Network The Digital Procurement Manager will report to the Director of Purchasing Coordination VCSP Road & Network Divisions. BAC + 5 with good operational experience. Good knowledge in digital tools and SAP, and an attraction for the digital field. Curious, organized, and rigorous. Teamwork. "Sense of service".
