**ROLE PURPOSE**

To conduct Payroll administration for expatriate employees and to ensure accuracy of Payroll-related information of expatriate employees and potential recruits. The incumbent liaises between Kamoa and Ivanhoe Payroll to ensure accuracy of Payroll reporting, adherence to DRC legislation regarding Kamoa and Ivanhoe policies and procedures impacting Payroll, for all Kamoa employees (Congolese and expatriate).
