**What You'll Do**:
This role is within the Criteo Retail Media business giving the opportunity for brands (Nestlé, Coca Cola, Samsung, L’Oréal ) to promote their products on e-commerce websites (Carrefour, Auchan, Boulanger, Sephora ) through the online duplication of in-store merchandising activities.
On the retailer side, our solution enables the monetization of their advertisement spaces.
These solutions rely on our algorithm that helps focusing on the right shopper, at the right moment, and during all of their online purchasing journey.
Overview
As an Account Strategist on the Client Solution team you will participate in the entire process of retail media campaigns.
You will manage a large client portfolio, which includes companies from different industries (High-tech, Consumer goods, Beauty such as : Lego, Mondelez, L’Oréal, Whirlpool, P&G )
What you will do:
- Strategically assess and solve client needs
- Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings and recommendations based on the client’s goal
- Monitoring campaigns (traffic management)
- Working in close collaboration with internal teams (Studio, Techno, Accounting, Supply and Analytics) and external (clients)
- Delivering the highest level customer service by ensuring the quality of campaigns for our clients
- Identifying and setting up KPI’s
- Creating reporting, performance analysis and insights to boost performance
- Leveraging data to negotiate complex, large-scale relationships and partner with the sales team to up-sell opportunities
**Who You Are**:
- Curious and spontaneous who can fit within a remote team
- Self-motivated and agile in a new business environment
- Able to work effectively across functions/teams, good team player
- Excellent computer skills (Excel / Power point)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand a complex technological environment
- Details orientated
- Strong organization, time management, project management skills.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in French
- Very good level of English (written and oral).
- Experience in advertising, e-commerce or consumer goods industry would be a plus
