**Your mission**:

- Active Sourcing & Direct Outreach: Identify and engage top talent in robotics, embedded systems computer vision & AI
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process—from job postings to closing offers
- Talent Strategy & Network Building: Develop targeted recruiting strategies and establish a strong presence in the local tech community
- Optimize the Interview Process: Work closely with our engineers to streamline technical assessments
- Boost Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR to enhance our visibility in the tech space

**Your profile**:

- Experience in Tech Recruiting - ideally in robotics, embedded systems, or AI
- Background in Startups or High-Tech Environments - you thrive in fast-moving, hands-on settings
- Fluent in English - French is a plus but not required
- Passion for Tech & Innovation - you understand what motivates engineers
