We are looking for a **Head of indirect procurement**to come onboard in our **Operations and Procurement**Directorate**in **Olivier**’s team : a team of 40 collaborators

**Career Path**:_People management _**

**_Your Mission _**
- Defining and deploying the indirect procurement strategy, aligned with the ATR sustainable procurement strategy.
- Managing a team of 10 buyers in charge:

- Selecting suppliers through RFP process
- Yearly prices negotiations when applicable
- Supporting operational teams into resolving issues with suppliers (delays in deliveries, quality issues, etc ).
- Managing claims notification and resolution in relation with legal department.
- Following and forecasting cost base evolution,
- Preparing the inputs for the yearly budget preparation (OP),
- Deploying all CSR related activities within your scope (code of conduct signature, ECOVADIS, CDP, iso 140001)
- Benchmark and keep the knowledge of the market to cope with the needs of the different ATR Directorates,
- Represent ATR when necessary: visit at supplier’s facilities, events, working groups
- Propose areas of processes improvements to his/her management.
- Lead (recruitment, newcomer integration, workload appropriateness) and motivate the team by coaching, defining of targets, assuring annual assessments and defining adequate measures for people development.

**_About you _**
- Commercial degree, OR engineering degree with experience in business positions.
- Good knowledge of aerospace business,
- Management,
- Good knowledge of purchasing processes,
- Good knowledge of corporate social responsibility and how procurement can contribute,
- Capability to write contractual documents,
- Negotiation skills (in English and in French),
- SAP,
- Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
- Good communication, (written / spoken in English),
- Capability to work in team and to coordinate work with other teams.
