Nous recherchons pour notre client, filiale d'un Grand Groupe familial:
Un(e) Financial Controller H/F

Poste basé à Lyon
- Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général de la filiale, vous êtes garant de la cohérence des états financiers. Vous êtes capable de mettre en place et d’harmoniser les procédures du Groupe au sein de la filiale.
A ce titre vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Vous coordonnez les clôtures mensuelles.
- Vous mettez en place et appliquez les procédures de contrôle de cohérence.
- Vous réalisez les reportings mensuels à destination de la direction générale et des actionnaires et garantissez la fiabilité de l'information financière.
- Vous réalisez le suivi et le contrôle mensuel ainsi que les dépenses des différentes entités de la structure.
- Vous traduisez les informations comptables de Local GAAP à Swiss GAAP.
- Vous élaborez, suivez et mettez à jour le budget en conformité avec la stratégie définie par le Groupe.
- Vous comprenez les écarts avec les périodes précédentes et le budget.
- Vous participez à la modélisation des tests de dépréciation.
- Vous mettez en place une comptabilité analytique.
- Vous participez à la clôture des comptes annuels et à la préparation des documents nécessaires à la consolidation des comptes du Groupe.
- Vous êtes en charge de faire appliquer les outils et les procédures du Groupe à la filiale et vous participez à leur optimisation.

Profil recherché

Issu(e) d une formation supérieure en comptabilité/finances ou équivalent, vous justifiez de 7 ans minimum d expérience sur un poste similaire en audit, ou contrôle de gestion en cabinet de conseil et/ou en entreprise.

Vous parlez couramment anglais.
- Vous avez une bonne maitrise des outils digitaux (outils de modélisation et maitrise poussée d’Excel).
