**Start** **ASAP** **Duration** **> 12 months** emagine recherche pour l’un de ses clients finaux un **Service Offer Manager** - **Cloud Managed Hosting**: Démarrage : Immédiat Durée : 12 mois + Lieu : Télétravail + 92 **La mission sera réalisée en relation avec les interlocuteurs suivants**: - 2 autres Service Offer Managers des autres offres de service - les Business Relationship Managers, contacts principaux des clients - Les équipes du département Expertise & Services Opérations de Cloud Services : les SDM, les AppDEVOPS, les Cloud Ops, les Customers Success Managers, les Cloud designers, en France et en Inde, - les équipes Public Cloud Platform au Portugal. - les experts internes Data, BI & tooling de Cloud Services. - Le Business Control & Finance Manager, pour le suivi de KPI financiers, - Les deux membres de l’équipe ‘Cloud Adoption Office’ de l’équipe ‘Entreprise Architecture & Integration Groupe Digital & IT - Si besoin, un interlocuteur au département juridique IT et au service des achats IT, - Les sous-traitants de Cloud Services : les équipes Microsoft Azure, les infogérants et les éditeurs éventuels. **Compétences demandées**: - Rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles - Implication et proactivité - Bon communiquant, rédaction et présentation - Connaissances Services et technologies CLOUD (IAAS / PAAS, Public/private) - Transformation digitale - Connaissances des Services d’infrastructure en général (Managed Hosting) - Anglais écrit et parlé - Sens de la relation et du service - Animation transverse - Rigueur dans le suivi des indicateurs
