**Your Impact**
The **Channel Manager** is responsible for ensuring that efficy’s global channel strategy is effectively followed and adapted to regional needs where applicable. This role involves managing Go-To-Market strategies across regional channel partners to maximize sales and revenue. Key responsibilities include adapting global plans to regional needs, recruiting partners that fit efficy’s Ideal Partner Profile, managing partner relationships, and supporting partner performance and enablement to drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
Serve as the main point of communication and collaboration between efficy’s channel partners and internal teams, including executives, SDR, sales, presales, marketing, support, PS, CSMs, and developers, ensuring alignment on mutual goals and efficient support across functions.- Identify and recruit partners from competitive and complementary technology ecosystems that align with efficy’s Ideal Partner Profile. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt recruitment strategies for local relevance.- Adapt global marketing and sales enablement plans to meet regional needs by coordinating with marketing and enablement teams to ensure content resonates with each region’s target audiences.- Maintain open communication with partners to address service needs and ensure alignment on product offerings, training, and support standards to foster seamless customer experiences.- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners to promote efficy’s products and services, emphasizing partners aligned with efficy’s Ideal Partner Profile and growth goals.- Provide tailored training and ongoing support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed for effective product positioning and sales. Collaborate on training initiatives to enhance partner skills in alignment with regional market needs.- Oversee daily channel partner operations, working proactively with the Channel Ops Manager to support partner needs and ensure alignment with Efficy’s channel strategy.- Monitor regional competitor initiatives and communicate relevant insights to the Head of Indirect Channel to inform strategic adjustments.
**About YOU**
- Some years of experience in sales or channels.
- Skills in building long-lasting relationships with partners.
- French speaker with business fluent English.
- Ability to serve as the main point of contact between channel partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals and efficient support.
- Skills in identifying and recruiting partners from competitive and complementary ecosystems that align with the company's Ideal Partner Profile.
- Ability to adapt global marketing and sales plans to meet regional needs, ensuring content resonates with target audiences.
- Expertise in maintaining open communication with partners to address service needs, product offerings, training, and support.
- Ability to provide tailored training and ongoing support to channel partners for effective product positioning and sales.
- Skills in overseeing daily channel partner operations and collaborating with other teams to support partner needs.
- Ability to monitor competitor initiatives and communicate relevant insights for strategic adjustments.
