The **EMEA Marketing team** is responsible for designing, developing and implementing the key pillars of this transformation. This team also leads and establishes the regional marketing strategy and provides market and portfolio insights to the rest of the organization, including our executive leadership.

As Omnichannel (OC) Program Manager, you will be part of the omnichannel program office and will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the implementation of the Omnichannel commercial model across markets. You will work closely with markets to (i) coordinate program delivery and help cascade it and tailor it according to market specific needs, (ii) design, execute and supervise performance management of the OC program, (iii) ensure OC program continuous improvement, and (iv) be responsible for releasing OC products that meets the customer's needs in line with the OC program aspirations. You will be in charge of defining and prioritizing requirements, coordinating and overseeing their implementation across markets, and ensuring continuous improvement by addressing feedback from customers and markets

**How You Create Impact**:

- Support markets in rolling out the OC program execution (project management)
- Manage the product:

- Develop product vision and synchronize it with relevant stakeholders
- Define product requirements; make sure they are complete, integral and consistent
- Scope the MVP and sustain development of the product
- Set targets and work priorities:

- Build Squad backlog in terms of user stories, prioritize its items to achieve business goals, continuously keep the backlog up to date
- Hold meetings with the Squad to update the Squad product backlog and ensure the Squad correctly understands the requirements
- Participate in Squad development: defining the set of necessary competences in the Squad and coordinate
- Support setting-up a monitoring and continuous improvement process to collect and address user and customer feedback on product

**What Will Make You Stand Out**:

- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent English and one other European languages will be a plus

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- 5+ years of work experience in working in Project Management Office / Transformation Office roles
- Ability to define implementation roadmap, set targets and define aspirations, monitor progress, capture feedback and communicate effectively with multiple business areas
- Previous professional experience in Sales / Commercial excellence functions and experience in OC transformation
- Experience with selling and implementing OC strategies on a national and international basis
- Agile certifications
- Critical and strategic thinker
- Able to build credibility quickly with people at all levels of the organization including Senior Management (both within Zimmer Biomet as well as with Hospital personnel.)
- Fast learner, can work independently and manage complex projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with diverse, cross-regional teams
