**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Within the Group, you will join the Group Learning Department.**

**Within this Department, you will report to the**Head of Strategic Upskilling Programs**.**

The Strategic Upskilling team focuses on identifying evolving skill requirements and developing targeted initiatives to enhance internal capabilities.

By collaborating with business leaders and leveraging data-driven insights, the team designs programs that prepare the workforce for changing market demands and technological advancements, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and ensuring AXA's competitiveness.

**Your job and daily missions**:
The Junior Learning Partner will contribute to delivering the upskilling strategy in close collaboration with HR teams and various stakeholders at Group and entity level, on both transversal skills (Data & AI, Sustainability ) and technical expertise (Pricing, Underwriting, Claims ).
- Contribute to the design and implementation of high-impact learning journeys
- Gather insights through surveys, interviews, focus groups to collect the learning needs of our target audiences and identify skills gaps
- Collaborate on designing learner experience approaches in collaboration with Professional Families and Group Centers of Expertise
- Develop engagement materials (communication kits) and help organize calls for nominations to encourage participation
- Monitor the progress and impact of learning initiatives, ensuring both a high client satisfaction level and alignment with strategic goals
- Participate in gathering input for ongoing program enhancements through continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate the team efforts in better understanding the Upskilling ecosystem accross AXA entities and professional families
- Contribute to identifying strategic skills we need to prioritize and assessing gaps and opportunities for improvement in Learning set ups at Group / Entity level
- Conduct annual reviews of existing learning programs to organize best practice sharing, support entities on-demand and ensure consistency at global level
- Work closely with senior learning partners and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Assist the head of Upskilling in the monitoring of the activity of the team and reporting to stakeholders (PMO)
- Organize and prepare regular sponsor and stakeholder meetings and communications to highlight learning program outcomes and recommendations
- Establish annual planning and budget for the portfolio of Upskilling programs and ensure accurate tracking of expenditures
- Be the team referent on data quality and guarantee homogeneous processes among the team
- Collaborate with the Group Learning Operations and Learner Engagement team to implement best practices and participate in global engagement projects related to strategic skills.
- Contribute to the strategic watch and market trends of the team:

- Work on external benchmarks to feed the forward thinking of the Upskilling team
- Contribute to relevant internal communities on strategic skills and support cross-functional discussions among our HR Communities and Professional Families
- Propose innovative communication & engagement supports
- Be a team player and an ambassador of Group Learning, leveraging and relaying initiatives of the other departments to the benefit of the whole organization, and actively participate to the global L&D community (sharing best practices, promoting innovation ).
