The business is going from strength to strength and so we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to be trained to become a capable and successful aircraft charter broker, to deliver unrivalled ad-hoc aircraft charter solutions to our extensive portfolio of clients. This role will be based in Paris, with some need to travel globally for client meetings and events.

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing support to the Team in all aspects of day-to-day trading, including flight set up and post flight follow up
- Maintaining and growing our existing client base, including the speedy turnaround of new and existing enquiries, cold calling and other sales activities
- Assisting with client care activities and supplier relations, including national and international client visits, events and airport meet and greets
- Researching relevant industry data to assist the team in creating new sales leads

**What we are looking for**:
We want to be completely transparent with you from the offset. This is a **fun**, **high reward** but sometimes **pressurised** role and as such, we are looking for our next Junior Account Manager to have the following attributes:

- A competitive nature and a hunger for sales
- Excellent written and verbal French and English skills
- Great problem-solving skills and an ability to stay calm under pressure
- A flexible and adaptable approach to the changing needs of the business and a willingness to work unsocial hours if required
- An ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met
- Clear and concise communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- A good sense of humour

**The following would also be an advantage**:

- Knowledge of / a passion for aviation
- A full and valid driving license
- Good IT skills and an ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous office-based sales / broking experience
