**Job description**:
As part of the Safety -V&V prototype teams for development of EV battery cell& modules, you will be responsible of the development and deployment of ACC test equipments for R&D facilities and gigaF to be carried out in accordance with internal ACC requirements with the Quality/Cost/delivery/performance compliancy.

In order to succeed, your missions will be:
**Define/Establish.**
- To analyze and establish ACC tests benches requirements for each department/facilities
- To establish the test equipments specification for RFI/RFQ processes
- To establish with purchase team, with Test Lab managers the choice of equipment suppliers compliant in term of cost/timing/quality and finalize the QCDP KPI for implementation
- To validate with Test lab manager/ Purchase team the make or buy test strategy.
- To pilot the subcontractor for equipment development & deployment in compliancy with specification or contract.
- To establish with Building team the financial & purchase processes and activities

**Build **
- To establish the test equipments specification for RFI/RFQ processes
- To develop the test equipments based on TestLab requirements & ACC processes (Safety, traceability, calibration, maintenance,.)
- To define and deploy the Test /tools qualification strategy
- To evaluate and initiate the Equipment suppliers cooperation/partnership for better efficiency for buy strategy.
- To define the building interfaces required for equipments use with a good level of maturity and efficiency (IT network, Power connection, safety devices, maintenance.).

**Guarantee**
- To respect the ACC Equipment deployments in term of QCDP
- To support the purchase team in term of technical RFQ/RFI analysis.
- To support the Test Lab Equipment organization for all technical & administration activities

**Lead**
- To organize the Equipment deployment activities within ACC facilities.
- To organize with Test Lab Equipment organization, TestLab & Building team schedule & budget for commissioning & qualification of equipment according reorientation/priorities.

**Contribute **
- To share best practices within ACC for test Lab Equipments deployment (commercial contract with suppliers, process, technical expertise for IT/grid interface,..)
- To update KPI & reporting according to ACC process and objectives

**Share **
- To develop new tools/equipments for test benches management/reporting data

**Profile**:
You have a Master’s degree or Engineer degree with Electrical or Physical Measurement or equivalent with 10 years experience

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar job activities with complete equipment commissioning process management & activities on tests for Industrial or automotive market with the respect QCDP.

You have a good knowledge of Electrical, Thermal, mechanical benches test or interfaces, Physical Measurement, acquisition and transmission data & network and Subcontractor management.

Your have a good level of english.

You are reactive, Well organized, have a good relationship / communication.

Skills and knowledge in Planning tools, budget follow-up tools, Automotive market & development process are a plus.
