Fortement connue pour ses chaussures Running et Lifestyle, New Balance est la 4ème Marque mondiale de chaussures de sport. Afin d’accompagner son développement sur le territoire Français nous recrutons un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) expérimenté pour sa filiale et renforçons ainsi l’équipe du service clients.

Poste basé à Paris en CDI, à pourvoir immédiatement.

Vous aurez pour principale mission de fournir un service qualité à tous les clients de New Balance, assurer la gestion du carnet de commandes Wholesale et fournir un soutien administratif à l’équipe commerciale.

La Marque New Balance est présente sur le marché Français au travers de ses propres magasins, de clients multimarques, de corners en grands magasins et de grands comptes Sport ou Lifestyle.

Sous la direction du Manager Service Clients vous aurez pour principales missions:

- Assurer les relations commerciales avec vos clients
- Saisir, contrôler et confirmer les commandes en respectant les fenêtres d’achat émanant du « Demand Planning »
- Activer les réassorts, reliquats, cadencements
- Analyser les ventes, suivre l’état des stocks, effectuer des simulations.
- Suivre les livraisons et expéditions
- Gérer les retours, litiges, SAV
- Assurer le respect des procédures
- Apporter des réponses rapides et précises aux demandes clients
- Gérer tous les aspects du processus Commande/Livraison/facturation/règlement
- Assurer une proximité et une aide à l’équipe commerciale, et savoir interagir avec tous les départements (Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT etc)

Profil H/F
- Vous avez déjà une expérience similaire d’au moins 2 ans au sein d’un environnement service client ou gestion commerciale (ADV/SAV), idéalement dans la distribution d’articles de Sport, de Mode, chaussures, têxtile, accessoires.
- Vous maîtrisez impérativement les outils informatiques : Excel (Recherche V, Tableaux Croisés Dynamiques), Outlook, Word, et idéalement Microsoft Dynamics 365 ou AS400.
- Vous savez faire preuve d’autonomie, d’esprit d’initiative et vous possédez un sens des responsabilités développé.
- Vous avez un goût prononcé et une aisance avec les chiffres.
- Qualités relationnelles, écoute, disponibilité, esprit d’équipe seront vos atouts pour réussir.
- Anglais courant impératif, échanges quotidiens avec le siège européen basé en Angleterre.
