Dans le cadre de ce stage, vous devrez: - Aider à l'implémentation de l'hydrogène (à la place de l'hélium) en tant que gaz vecteur en chromatographie phase gazeuse: - En établissant un protocole pour passer de l'hélium à l'hydrogène et inversement sur un système GC-FID - En investiguant l'impact du diamètre des colonnes utilisées - En comparant les différences de performance Helium vs Hydrogène (résolution, S/N, temps d'acquisition, etc...) - En transposant des méthodes GC existantes (hélium vers hydrogène) - Participer à d'autres sujets de développement analytique au sein du labo (H/UPLC, ICP, ou autre) Le mot du tuteur: "Les laboratoires de chimie analytique vont être de plus en plus confrontés à des pénuries d’hélium dans les années à venir. Cela peut provoquer l’arrêt des analyses de chromatographie phase gazeuse et donc impacter de nombreuses activités. Une alternative est l’utilisation de l’hydrogène en tant que gaz vecteur, mais cela nécessite de re-développer/valider toutes les méthodes existantes. L’objectif de ce stage est de préparer cette transition au sein de l’Unité de Chimie Analytique. Le stagiaire aura également l’opportunité de participer à d’autres projets de développement de méthodes (H/UPLC, ICP,) en fonction des besoins du laboratoire au moment du stage. Nous cherchons une personne motivée et proactive pour aider notre équipe à relever ces défis " **Are you a MATCH? Profil et compétences: - Vous êtes étudiant en école d’ingénieur ou en Master 2 Profil chimie analytique - Vous avez une expérience dans les techniques de chromatographie en phase gazeuse et chromatographie liquide HPLC / UPLC. - Des connaissances dans d'autres techniques analytiques (spectroscopie UV-VISIBLE,...) seront appréciées. - Connaissances en chimie organique - Vous maîtrisez les logiciels GC (Openlab,...) Vos atouts: - Vous êtes force de proposition, proactif, rigoureux et autonome. - Vous faites preuve de curiosité. - Vous savez travailler en équipe.
