**Associate Project Manager - Electrification M/F/d**:

The Project Execution team is at the heart of our organization. It ensures that projects run smoothly, with the constant concern of honoring the trust of our customers by satisfying the requirements as defined in the contract, by assisting them as needed in defining additional requirements, and by leading the technical teams that will produce the product while respecting quality and deadlines. Reporting to the Project Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects in the field of medium voltage electrical equipment and prefabricated substations. You will take responsibility for the project from the order review to the closing review. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality and deadlines while ensuring compliance with internal rules and objectives.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage the execution of projects, ensuring that all related activities are carried out in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environmental obligations, financial targets and time commitments.
- Manage all aspects of the project according to the criteria agreed with the customer and ensure that all technical, financial, quality and safety objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate effectively and regularly with all stakeholders.
- Serve as a privileged interlocutor for the client by communicating a regular progress report, considering additional requests and proposing an adapted technical and commercial solution.
- Plan the project by establishing the charter, communication plans, roles and responsibilities, budget and schedule in relation to the scope.
- Ensure project profitability (expense dashboards, invoicing, collection, additional work).
- Ensure compliance of purchase orders and contractual documents to internal and external suppliers.
- Define and maintain a risk and opportunity management plan throughout the project life cycle.

**Your background**:

- At least 5 years of higher education (engineer or university degree) in electrical engineering, electrical engineering and/or automation.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management in the field of high voltage and LV and HTA electrical installations.
- Mastery of contractual and financial management of a project, bank guarantees, Incoterms, risk and opportunity management.
- Cross-functional management of teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French required.
- No obstacles to travel (approximately 30% of time in France and abroad).
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
