**Body-in-White Manager for French Market M/F/d**:

Reporting to the Robotics and Discrete Automation Business Area Robotics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the activities of the local product group Body-in-White assembly of the Automotive Business Line. You will be responsible for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of your activity and you will supervise the operations on the projects in France and in Europe of your activity.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Execute the business strategy according to the objectives agreed with The Product Group at the Global level
- Develop and lead an energetic and motivated team culture, generating a premium customer experience
- Ensure effective deployment of staff to meet business needs
- Work with the Body-in-White GSC (Global Solutions center) to ensure successful project execution
- Build a culture of engagement and accountability across teams
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and be aware of competitor strategies
- Ensure proper communication of market needs
- Ensure the health and safety of all employees and contractors

**Your background**:

- Ideally, you have a Master's degree or an engineering degree (BAC+5)
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken,
- At least 10 years experience in the industry, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, robotics and/or automation.
- Good knowledge of the assembly business and if possible in the field of Body-White.
- Management experience in sales, engineering and operational projects
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends
- Strong commercial sense and ability to understand and act quickly
- Strong and advanced communication, influencing, coaching and management skills.
- You have a strong sensitivity to the respect of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everybody's business.
