- CUSTOMER SUPPORT CENTER ASSISTANT (F/M/D)- CERATIZIT FRANCE SAS - SAINT OUEN L'AUMONE- MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS- Sous la responsabilité du Responsable CSC, l’assistant(e) CSC doit garantir la satisfaction du client et veiller à ce que chaque appel téléphonique soit traité conformément aux normes KPI.- Assurer le service de permanence commerciale (traitement des appels, enregistrement des commandes)
- Assurer le suivi des commandes (retours, avoirs, litiges)
- Assurer la gestion des comptes clients
- Assurer la gestion des anomalies clients sur l'e-shop
- Seconder le CSC Manager dans les saisies SAP
- PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES- Justifier d'une expérience en relation clients
- Maitriser l'outil informatique (Word, Excel...), la maitrise de SAP est un atout
- Être à l'aise en équipe
- Avoir de solides compétences en communication
- Justifier d'un niveau B2 en anglais
