**About The Team**:
The Customer Experience team at Crunchyroll work directly with Crunchyroll customers to ensure that all queries and feedback are treated with care. Our CX team is located all over the world to serve our customers' needs in their desired language. Currently, we have teams in Brazil, Dominican Republic, Moldova, Germany, El Salvador, Canada, and the U.S. As our Customer Experience Lead (Arabic), you would help us serve our Arabic-speaking customers in the best way possible and create a meaningful connection with them to make their experience at Crunchyroll one of the best.
**About You**:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer service-related roles
- Great written Arabic language skills (B2 level or better)
- Great written French skills (B2 level)
- Strong level of English (B1/B2 level)
- Available to work from 12 - 8 PM local time, Monday to Friday
- Ability to solve customer service issues and demonstrate passion for delivering a positive Customer experience
- Can demonstrate technical skills by assisting customers with their device, connectivity, video streaming, and other common issues, triaging with other teams as necessary.
- Able to localize articles, macros and smaller texts from English to Arabic
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to understand and use of Customer Service and Company systems and understanding and control of department functions and procedures
- Ability to be a great team player by assisting your peers in a way that shows us you value collaboration and teamwork

- Localize Help Center articles and macros
- Support and enhance the member experience

- Work closely with the rest of our global customer support team
