**About Qevlar AI**:

**What will you do?**:
- **Strategic Marketing Leadership**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Qevlar AI’s business objectives and drive sustainable growth
- **Brand Development**: Cultivate and strengthen the Qevlar AI brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels to stand out in a crowded market.
- **Demand Generation**: Lead initiatives to generate qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, and community.
- **Product Marketing**: Collaborate with product teams to effectively communicate product value propositions, oversee go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful product launches.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.
- **Performance Metrics**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **5-10 years** of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing; experience in cybersecurity is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of driving a company to market leadership through a **differentiated marketing strategy**.
- Experience in building, structuring, and scaling marketing teams.
- **Results-focused** with a strong orientation toward data-driven, KPI-centric decision-making.
- Proficiency in HubSpot.
- Native or bilingual English level.
