In this role you will:
As part of our graduate programme, you will join our highly skilled and experienced Cost Management team working in exciting innovative sectors with some of the worlds’ most prestigious companies-
- Gain exposure to best-in-class Cost Management tools and processes within a large-scale construction project-
- Assist in pre-contract, tender process management and post contract activities.-
- Develop your knowledge of estimating and life cycle costing-
- Participate in the tender/bid process-from initial tender/bid documentation through to analysis and reporting-
- Develop your knowledge of bill of quantities and sub-contract packages.-
- Assist with document control and complete functions on CostX-
- Assist with analysis & reporting on tenders, schedule out tender returns. Carry out data input and arithmetical checks-
- Develop your knowledge of Contract Documentation and assist in document control Post-Contract Actions-
- Attend site meetings & design team meetings in a learning capacityWe would love to hear from you if you:
Have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Économie de la construction et management de projets, Ingénieur d’Affaires de la Construction, Métiers du BTP, Bâtiment et construction - parcours chargé d’affaires en bâtiment or equivalent-
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing-
- Are fluent in French and English-
- Have an interest in collaborating with a team to support clients on complex, large scale construction projects-
- Have lots of initiative and a hunger to learn and develop with Linesight-
- Have a talent for dealing with complicated information, show initiative and a sense of responsibility, enjoy working with people and are consistently looking to improve**About us**
