Win, grow, and retain **multi-million-dollar brand accounts** in the food and beverage industry.
Turn sustainability interest into **margin-accretive, commercially scalable programs** that integrate pollination, regenerative agriculture, and traceable sourcing.

**Your Role**

As **Global Key Account Sales Lead**, you’ll engage directly with **top executives at global food brands** — from marketing and procurement to agronomy, supply chain, and ESG leaders. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from discovery to signed contracts and pilot success, and act as a trusted advisor to help brands reformulate, derisk, and differentiate through nature-based sourcing.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Pipeline creation: ≥ 3× annual goal**:

- Engage senior stakeholders beyond ESG: Marketing, Procurement, R&D, Supply Chain, and Top Management.
- Prepare rigorously: research each customer, anticipate business challenges, and tailor the pitch.
- Build stakeholder maps (power maps) to navigate complex organizations with confidence.
- Practice consultative and insight-led selling — listen, reformulate, and co-create the business case.
- Test and qualify budget availability early; make realistic **go/no-go decisions** by the second meeting
- Translate Ubees’ value into **margin lift, risk reduction, and brand equity**.
- Quantify business impact: €/$ per MT, yield improvement, supply assurance, ESG claims, shopper conversion.
- Convert sustainability metrics (pollination, biodiversity, traceability) into **ROI-driven narratives**.
- Lead pilots, factory trials, and co-marketing projects to successful national launches.
- Manage multiple complex accounts (10+) in parallel, from first meeting to launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional project groups (Agronomy, Ops, QA, Finance, Marketing).
- Ensure on-time pilot execution and launch readiness (≥95% success rate).
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ≥80% forecast reliability.
- Navigate negotiations (MSAs, SLAs, liability, compliance, audit clauses) with confidence.

**Requirements**:

- 7-12+ years in **enterprise sales or key account management** with food brands or CPG ingredient suppliers.
- Proven track record of exceeding **€/$3-10M annual targets**.
- Experience leading **multi-country accounts** and negotiating long-term partnerships (MSA, JBP, QBR).
- Strong understanding of **brand economics** (promo budgets, retailer margins, ROI).
- Experience managing **pilots to national rollouts** with measurable business or sustainability impact.
- Fluent with **CRM tools** (HubSpot/Salesforce), Excel/Sheets analytics, and deal forecasting.
- Bonus: background in **agronomy, pollination-dependent crops, sustainability platforms**, or **traceable ingredients.**:

Pay: 40,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per month
