YOUR ROLE
The CMA's Information System (IS) is complex and deployed globally. To document it, we use a tool called Hopex (by Mega), which is also the main tool used by architects.
Within the architecture team, the internship consists of supporting the deployment of this tool across different regions. This involves collaborating with teams around the world (Asia, USA, LATAM, Oceania, etc.) to ensure the implementation, governance, and monitoring of the tool. The mission also includes defining and developing dashboards in QlikSense to track the project's progress.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Organize the deployment of the solution with the teams.
Provide training to stakeholders and create the associated documentation.
Define and document the tool’s governance across different regions.
Design and create the necessary dashboards to monitor the project.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
You are an IT engineer looking to work in an international environment.
Fluent English is essential; proficiency in another language is a plus.
You have knowledge of IT architecture principles, as well as project management and BI dashboard development.
You are capable of leading meetings and working effectively in international environments.
You demonstrate rigor, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
