**Job description**:
Nous recherchons un(e) jeune diplômé(e) de haut calibre, passionné(e), structuré(e), polyvalent(e) et persévérant(e) pour rejoindre pony.

Au sein du département Opérations, votre responsabilité principale sera de piloter la performance de nos prestataires de logistique et de nos équipes de maintenance.

**L'objectif**: S’assurer que les délais et les KPIs fixés soient respectés dans chacune des villes où Pony opère, notamment:

- La disponibilité maximale des véhicules (Vélos / VAE / Trottinettes)
- Les délais de réalisation des tâches logistiques (changement batterie, rebalance...)
- Les délais d’intervention sur les véhicules à réparer

Pour se faire, les missions suivantes vous seront attribuées:
**Les missions principales**:

- Au jour le jour, suivre la performance de nos prestataires logistique/maintenance et mener les discussions avec leurs équipes de management
- Proposer et mettre en place les actions correctives pour améliorer leur performance
- S’appuyer sur les dashboards pony pour déterminer l’efficacité des actions mises en place (data driven)
- Proposer un reporting régulier aux responsables logistique et maintenance pony
- Se déplacer ponctuellement dans les villes où pony opère (France, Belgique) pour réaliser des audits de performance des équipes, formation des partenaires etc..

**Autres missions**:

- Appuyer à la gestion quotidienne des équipes interne pony, notamment des équipes en entrepôts.
- Appuyer à la gestion des entrepôts pony.
- Gérer différents projets opérationnels ponctuels en fonction des besoins.Projet ponctuel sur quelques jours (Campagne marketing etc..)

Projet moyen terme sur plusieurs semaines (amélioration de la flotte, déplacement des véhicules, aide à l’ouverture d’une nouvelle ville etc..)

- Très bon relationnel
- Esprit analytique & data driven
- Capable d’apprendre très vite et d’absorber plusieurs projets en même temps
- Fiable à 200%
- Indépendant, polyvalent, et persévérant
- Première expérience dans un environnement dynamique / constamment en changement
- En recherche constante d’amélioration
- French & English

Salaire : 35 000,00€ à 36 000,00€ par an
