**Description de l'emploi**: Ceva Sante Animale, the 5th largest veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory in the world, has been growing steadily since its creation in 1999. It specialises in the design, development, production and marketing of products for animal health. As a French company and market leader, we have two areas of expertise: pharmaceuticals and biology. We have specialised teams dedicated to meeting the specific needs of the ruminant, poultry, swine and companion animal sectors. We are always striving to find better cures for existing and new diseases, enabling us to improve animal health and productivity. We operate in 45 countries and work with over 110 countries. We have 12 research and development centers, 25 production sites and over 6,500 employees worldwide. **We're looking within the Purchasing department for a Risk, Process & Data Lead. **The Risk, Process & Data Lead, under the supervision of the Head of sourcing & Innovation, will conduct several initiatives to support Global Purchasing team. The role involves a strong coordination & support between Platforms and corporate Purchasing, but also with Finance, Audit and IT. **Main missions**: - Data and digital - Purchasing Infrastructure ownership: Design and build with IT a spend cube & analytics dashboard for Purchasing global community. The Spend cube should enable real-time analytics (spend profiles, savings results and risk mitigation activities) - Identify opportunities to improve data, generate insights based on relevant KPI, streamline processes, and automate redundant tasks or analysis where available - Process - Support to implement purchasing processes and tools: global policy implementation, C-Save (savings tool) global training and communication of global guidance - Audit Support Management - Global coordination of audit remediation plans - Community and Insights - Performing market intelligence on purchasing digitalization - Support to the Global Purchasing Community Management (events, trainings, workshops, best practices sharing?) **Profile**: We're looking for a young professional eager to learn and to develop, with the following skills and competencies: - High analytical skills - Structured thinking and rigorous - Advanced skills in Microsoft (PowerBI, Excel, Powerpoint) - Accurate, flexible and able to adapt while keeping focus on project delivery - Hands-on and proactive, willing to learn and develop - Fluent in French/English - Proven Project Management skills - Influencing & engaging Purchasing community - Proven Purchasing process experience (tools: coupa, RFx) **Education**: - Minimum requirements: Master II in purchasing - 5 years experience in a Purchasing function Envoyer une demande > Send
