Do you think you have what it takes?** **THE GIG** We are looking for an outstanding Key Account Specialist to join our Sales Operations Team based in Paris. You will be working closely with our Sales, Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand and Finance Teams to support the operational partnership with our Key Wholesale Accounts. **THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART** - Highlight any problems or errors regarding issues related to Accounts, informing all parties involved, chasing for feedback, and supplying suggestions and solutions for optimization. - Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues and supplying supply chain solutions where necessary. - Develop a best practice service level for Key Accounts. Continuously and consistently optimizing and maintaining the company’s Key Account manuals. - Proactively reviews the orderbook and proposes solutions to develop efficiencies in managing the accounts, improvements in level of service, - Manage all daily activities and be the key point of contact for enquiries from customers and other departments and work closely with the Sales Teams, Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand teams to ensure relevant information, issues, process changes are promptly dealt with. - Ensure all customers’ queries are managed promptly providing them with all required information. Working to ensure suitable measures are in place to protect the customer from undue failures of Quality, Cost or Delivery performance. - Ensure prompt, timely and accurate input of customers’ orders within given deadlines, with a good knowledge of the customer’s order guidelines and portal. - Highlight any problems/errors identified on customers’ orders and ensure customer order details are validated prior to order entry, - Release orders according to allocation coverage, customer requested delivery date, customer’s shipping and fulfilment requirements and company target needs. - Handle returns of goods, strictly following the company’s guidelines and rules. - Maintain the ship-to customers’ master file and audit data governance - Liaise closely with other departments to ensure full conformity to customer requirements and efficient handling of account. In particular: to liaise with credit department to ensure that queries are resolved, with Supply & demand to ensure full and prompt coverage of orders, with warehouse and distribution to ensure that VAS is carried out correctly and that SLA are respected as well as on time delivery. **OUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES** It’s never just a job at Dr. Martens. To be our **Sales Operations Key Account Specialist** you will also possess these qualities: - Proven track record in a B2B/Wholesale within the fashion industry. Experience in Footwear would be a bonus - Fluent in French & English.
