Le cabinet **Noviac** porte le recrutement d'un **Category Manager H/F** spécialisé dans la clientèle GMS.

Notre client est un acteur national de la **distribution** **BtoB.**

Sa notoriété, la qualité de ses équipes ainsi que son excellence opérationnelle en font un acteur majeur de son secteur d’activité.

Dans un contexte de croissance, nous portons pour son compte le recrutement d’un **Category Manager H/F spécialisé dans la GMS**.

Le futur collaborateur H/F sera rattaché à la direction marketing. Il aura la charge du développement commercial du circuit GMS et le développement des produits alimentaires spécifiques GMS.

De ce fait, ses principales missions seront de:
Piloter les tarifs GMS et la bonne communication auprès des clients et vendeurs,

Piloter la marge de la GMS avec l’appui des responsables de pôle,

Suivre les RFA auprès des centrales et des clients,

Accompagner les chefs de vente dans les négociations,

Développer les outils d’aide à la vente,

Définir le plan marketing de la GMS et créer les temps forts,

Suivre les tendances pour remonter les informations aux acheteurs,

Participer au développement de concepts spécifiques à la GMS,

Etre l’interlocuteur des différents services internes de l’entreprise relativement à la clientèle GMS,

Participer à la gestion des marques propres relatives à la GMS.

Au-delà de votre formation supérieure, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans une fonction similaire à destination d’une clientèle GMS. Idéalement vous avez enrichi votre parcours dans une fonction commerciale (Chef de secteur par exemple).

Vous souhaitez démontrer votre agilité, votre hauteur stratégique mais aussi votre sens opérationnel et vous souhaitez démontrer votre capacité d’intervenir en tant que **véritable référent d’une clientèle stratégique.**
